Project Description:
During each rain, or if the pool or Jacuzzi spa overflowed, the water would flood onto the back patio of the house. This flooding resulted from the installation of the pool/spa and the topography of the ground, which sloped downwards towards the back patio of the house.
Advantage Drainage installed underground surface drains to capture and move the water to drain onto the street. Rather than repouring the concrete after removing a large portion of the deck for the surface drainage installation, Advantage Drainage hand-selected flagstone to use on the patio to complement the existing decking around the pool/spa. Using flagstone also enabled Advantage Drainage to contour the surface area to slope into the drains.
